Welcome to my page. I am Jonas Zieger, English speaking General Health Psychologist, registered n° 29997 at the COPC (catalan chamber of psychologists).

I offer psychotherapy and psychological counseling for adults in Girona and in Sant Climent Sescebes, in the Alt Empordà. My therapeutic approach is humanistic and I have a holistic view of the human being. Therefore, in general, my therapeutic work seeks depth in order to get to the root of the causes of discomfort and achieve lasting and transversal changes in all areas of life. However, I adapt my way of working to each particular case, according to the person’s needs and goals.
